More Research Findings on Goslings
I'm delighted to report that Dr. Brenda Hussey-Gardner has just published a new article regarding on-going research about MGOL: Goslings. The cost of each "kit" that went home with each Goslings family was $55; Brenda and I worried that the price tag could make the program prohibitively expensive for NICUs. So, at Brenda's suggestion, we revised the program to use a kit with a smaller number of resources (books and props) that only cost $25. This article is the result of the research that Brenda and her team on the effectiveness of the updated program.
My favorite part is this quote:
"One hundred percent of the 63 parents completing the questionnaires stated they were satisfied or strongly satisfied with Goslings-II and would recommend it to
other NICU parents."
